CGF series bottle water filling machine water filling machine line is used to filling mineral water or purified water into PET bottle from 200ml-2000ml.

Glass bottle can also used. It just need to change the conveyor parts.

The whole process is automatic ,suitable for PET bottle ,plastic bottle filling mineral water and pure water.
Filling way using the gravity or micro pressure filling ,make the speed faster and more stable,so compared with the same model our machine output is higher and more efficient.
The machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable controller(PLC) to control the machine adopts advanced automatically, interworking with inverter with inverter running more stable and reliable the photoelectric sensor detect all part running state with high degree of automation, easoperation.

Bottled production line is for 3 gallons, 5 gallons bottled drinking water production.The machine combines washing, filling and capping functions in an organic whole.It is an ideal equipment of mineral water, distilled water, pure water production.Whole stainless steel materials, corrosion resistance, easy to clean.The original main electric adopts SIEMENS, OMRON products, pneumatic system adopts famous brand product, the organization is compact, being a small workshop, high efficiency and stable and reliable, high degree of automation.Operator only needs two people, is a mechanical and electrical gas automatic equipment in the trinity.

bottled line according to its function can be divided into washing, filling and capping three steps, and its working process is as follows:
