Performance characteristics:
1) Soybean quantification, refining water quantification, stable soy milk concentration
The rotor type quantitative method is adopted to ensure that the amount of soybeans entering the refiner is consistent every time, and the refining water is controlled by a flow meter and time to obtain a stable soybean milk concentration.
2) Ceramic grinding disc refiner
With ceramic grinding discs, the yield of soybean milk is high and the hygiene is good.
3) Heating evenly
A steam heating tube is arranged in the boiling tank, and a stirring device is installed on the boiling tank to ensure uniformity of heating.
4) Spiral extrusion separation
The extrusion separator has high separation efficiency and can produce high concentration soybean milk, and the moisture content of the bean residue is low.
5) Can achieve no defoaming pulping
In the process of boiling the pulp, stirring and special physical defoaming method can be used to realize the pulping without defoaming agent, and the soybean milk with excellent flavor and mouthfeel can be obtained.
6) Fully automatic production
