Green Bean Vermicelli is a linear product of starch, divided into dry and wet. Wet vermicelli is sold fresh in the local area, and dried vermicelli is eaten after being watered, and is mostly used as a cold dressing or soup. It is suitable for both meat and vegetable.
Green Bean Vermicelli is also called"Longkou vermicelli ", one of Chinese traditional specialties and have a long history of production, vermicelli was first recorded in “qi min yao shu”. More than 300 years ago, zhaoyuan area vermicelli was made of peas and mung beans, it is famous for transparent colour and smooth feel. Because vermicelli is exported from Longkou port, Yantai City,Shandong province,China, it is named “longou vermicelli”.
