Steamed Prawns with Garlic Vermicelli

1 Prepare the materials.

2 Remove the head of the shrimp, and use a knife to cut the back of the shrimp to pick out the black intestines.

3 Adjust the ingredients into a bowl of sauce for later use, soak the vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes, mince the onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

4 Drain the soaked vermicelli and spread it in a large bowl, then spread the shrimp evenly on the vermicelli.

5 Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

6 Spread the fried onion, ginger, garlic and oil evenly on the shrimp.

7 Pour the adjusted sauce and mix well.

8 Put it in a steamer, steam for 8-9 minutes after the water is boiled, take out and garnish with shredded green onions.
