Easy Cook Gluten Free Bean Longkou Vermicelli Price

Ingredients:

1 chicken giblets (heart, liver, etc.)

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

A pinch of saffron threads (optional)

The juice of 1 lemon

3 tablespoons of olive oil

4-5 garlic cloves (crushed)

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

3 rolls of Chinese vermicelli 16 oz (57 grams) each

Cooking step :

1. Place the Chinese vermicelli in a bowl and cover it with boiling water, let the vermicelli sit for 5-8minutes until it softens.

2. In a cooking pan,drizzle the olive oil on medium heat.

    Add the spices and lemon juice ,then add the crushed fresh garlic,mixed them,let spices heat on the pan for a few minutes to get the flavor            boost.

3.  Add the chicken gizmos to the pan and mix them well with spices,add a little bit of hot water,cook on medium high heat for around 10-                 15minutes,stir from time to time,add water if necessary(there should always be around 1/2 cup of sauce)

4.   When Chinese vermicelli soften, cut glass noodle with the scissors to get shorter noodles.

5.   Reduce the heat to medium,and cut gizmos with a wooden spoon into small pieces.

6.  Drain the Chinese vermicelli from water and add them to the sauce pan, mixed vermicelli noodles with sauces,cook vermicelli noodles on low         heat for around 5minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.

Warm note:

1.This the basic recepe with just the spices and gizmos, but pls feel free to add more recipes,such as add pieces of olives, champignon mushroom,black mushroom or canned mushrooms, seafood, vegetables.

2.How to choose Chinese vermicelli?

It’s very important to use the right Chinese vermicelli, or vermicelli noodles is easy to stuck together,we use Chinese vermicelli which is also called glass noodle , bean vermicelli or longkou vermicelli, it’s made from green bean, pea and corn starch,bean vermicelli is famous to cook sea food Pastilla in Morocco holidays,you just cover them with boiling water for like 5-10 minutes, drain, and cook with spices.

3.If you want to lose weight,pls don’t use spaghetti to substitute vermicelli,because Chinese vermicelli noodles is no fat and gluten free.
