Product Description

 

A dry coolers is a type of heat exchanger that ccools the referigent in an HVAC system using ambient air and not use water for the cooling process. When using a dry cooler in an HVAC system, it's important to ensure that the indoor unit is compatible with this type of cooling method. 

 

For bitcoin serve farm, if use immersion cooling cooling system, our dry cooler is the most cost-effective way to remove heat and a necessary components of the immersion cooling system. We designed a full range of immersion optimized dry cooler, from 5kw single fan unit to the double V-shaped 5MW dry cooler.

What is the function of a dry cooler in liquid cooling system?

 

The function of a dry cooler in a liquid cooling system is to remove heat from the coolant by using ambient air without  directly mixing the air with the liquid. The dry cooler dissipate the heat from the coolant by transferring it to the ambient air through the use of a heat exchanger. This helps to maintain the temperature of the coolant within operating limits and prevents overheating of the system. 

 

 

How does dry cooler achieve heat revovery in Immersio Cooling System? 

 

 

Dry cooler can be used in conjunction with immersion cooling systems to achieve heat recovert by capturing and transferring heat from the cooling liquid to another medium, such as air or water, for reuse or dissipation. 

 

In an immersion cooling system, the heat generated by the electronic components (such as GPUs or CPUs) is transferred to a dielectric cooling liquid, which circulates and absorbs the heat to maintain the components at an optimal temperature. This heated cooling liquid then flows to a dry cooler, where the heat is transferred to the surrounding air or water through a heat exchanger.

 

Dry coolers utilize the ambient air or water as a cooling medium, and the heated cooling liquid passes through the coils in the dry cooler. As the air or water passes over the coils, it absorbs the heat from the cooling liquid, causing it to condense and release the heat. The now-cooled cooling liquid is then circulated back to the immersion cooling system to absorb more heat from the electronic components, completing the heat recovery cycle.
