Raw Material Preparation

- Material Pretreatment: Preprocess the raw materials, such as cutting and bending, to facilitate subsequent stamping processing. Additionally, some metallic materials may undergo heat treatment to improve their cutting performance.
Mold Manufacturing and Installation
- Mold Design: Design the structure and shape of the stamping mold based on the product design drawings to ensure accurate stamping of the desired product shape.
- Mold Manufacturing: Manufacture the stamping mold using specialized equipment and processes. During mold manufacturing, ensure precision and durability.
- Mold Installation and Debugging: Install the manufactured mold on the stamping press and conduct debugging to ensure stable operation and production of qualified products.
