Feature
The housing is produced from ADC12 aluminum ingot with 800T high pressure die casting machine
ADC12 aluminum we used is passed the ROHS testing by SGS, with ROHS directive (EU) 2015/863 amending Annex II to directive 2011/65/EU
With reference to IEC 62321-4, 2003+A1, 2017, IEC 62321-5: 2013 and IEC 62321-7-1, 2015, analyzed by ICP-OES
The housing is designed and produced according to the IP65 waterproof standard of outdoor lighting industry
Silicon waterproof seal gasket is used for housing and tempered glass, and M16 waterproof cable gland is used for cable pass through the housing to ensure the IP65 waterproof grade to guarantee the safe performance and long life use of the lamp
The housing is designed and produced for a too-free maintenance lamp, used a hand screws to lock and unlock the cover without screwdriver or other tools easily
But the screw is customized to have an indentation on the top so that also the flat head screwdrivers can be used when it is necessary to lock the cover more tighter
The housing is designed and produced with photocell sensor option
The factory standard is without the photocell sensor, but the photocell sensor mounting holes will be drilled according to customer’s request mounting the photocell sensor on the street lamp
