The working temperature range is -15 ℃ to 80 ℃ (with special variants that can handle -30 ℃ to 150 ℃), allowing the product to be used in environments with different thermal conditions. This makes the double ball flexible rubber joint an excellent choice for heating and cooling systems, industrial processing plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and many other temperature fluctuation factors.
Compared with mechanical expansion and packing vibration reduction, it occupies small space, light weight, easy to install and disassemble, saving labor and low cost.
For the same ultimate capacity, there is no need to increase the pump and pipe diameter, the inner wall is smooth, reduce the flow resistance, and will not damage the pipe body.
It has good watertightness and does not need to be padded during installation.
