It is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of anti-corrosion pipeline lining, flexible rubber joints, metal joints, rubber pipes, plates, belts, and other products. It has a production capacity of 18000 tons/year for pipeline lining, 20000 sets of compensators, and an output value of 200 million yuan.
As of now, the products that have been developed and put into production include: 1. anti-corrosion lining products, covering various models of ordinary steel pipe fittings, alloy materials, various valves, valve bodies, tank bodies, etc;2. The rubber compensator series products include more than 40 specifications and models in 5 major series, including single ball, double ball, multi ball, integrated molding, and winding molding; 3. Steel joints, bellows expansion joints, and other products.It is a member of China Water Supply and Drainage Association, China Corrosion Prevention Technology Association, China Nuclear Energy Industry Association, and the drafting unit of GB/T-26121-2010 Flexible Rubber Joints standard.

| OEM Overview: | Liwei Industry is the rubber joint national standard drafting unit, the main process is molding, specifications from DN25-DN3800, is the most comprehensive mold library in China. The rubber joint is formed by a combination of automation and manual mode, which is fast and can be mass-produced. We can also customize the joint by hand winding process to meet customer needs.
Our rubber joint adopts a streamlined, large deflection design, which does not affect the flow rate during pipeline transportation, and plays the characteristics of shock absorption, noise reduction and multi-directional displacement. At present, there are natural rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, EPDM rubber, nitrile rubber, etc., to meet the needs of different media.
It is widely used in chemical engineering, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industries, refrigeration, sanitation, water heating, fire protection, electric power and other basic projects. According to different materials can be made into acid, alkali, corrosion, oil, high temperature, radiation, wear resistance, aging and other varieties, to adapt to a variety of media and environment.
Pipe lining rubber can be made of DN25-DN2200 pipe, lined with 2mm- 18mm rubber plate. The products can be lined with pipe liner, tank liner, valve liner and so on. In addition to the conventional valve liner, we can also provide alloy steel, alloy copper, stainless steel and other special materials of the valve liner, which is also our cooperation with Tsinghua University innovation.
