◆ Since established in 1997, until now, Winblance has 25years history. From the initial trade business of focusing on manufacturing the restaurants furniture and related hardware, now WINBALANCE is an professional company in integrating research , development, manufacturing and international trade. Two major Brands: TimeX and TENJUN.TimeX: “Modern. Chic. Warm. Metal furniture for your unique needs”. Main business are the design, manufacturing and sales of furniture, and owned a designer team in Europe. TENJUN: "Cattle Farm Animal Welfare Equipment". Since 2009, we have provided products and services to Europe and other international markets, among which the drinking water bowl (Drinking Bowls) series product is the largest domestic supplier in the European market, and is well received by foreign customers.
◆ Our factory has 1000KG and 800KG medium frequency melting furnaces, together with casting production line (both manual and automatic. Manual is for small and special orders and automatic is for big qty orders). Our factory also has powder coating and painting line, enamel line to meet different customer needs. We manufacture completely set of cast iron water bowls, stainless steel drinking bowls, water troughs, drinkers,for cow, beef, horse, sheep, pig, poultry, etc. After more than 10 years development, now we are the leader of the livestock water euquipments manufactuer in China. Our monthly production for drinking bowls is up to 15000-20000pcs.In the year 2017, more than 150,000pcs of livestock animal bowls were exported from our company to Germany, Poland, Russia, Egypt and so on.Our products are very popular on the market.

◆ There are about 60-80 production workers in our workshop every day. All the orders are produced in an orderly manner. 6-8 QCs are here on the line to make sure all the products are in good quality. We have our own R&D department, there are 6 designers to follow up the new development products. And our
10 salesman are always willing to serve you any time. They are in good training and know our products very well.All of them can talk with our customers in English fluently.

Mr. Chen Wei has more than 30 year experience of exportation. Every year he goes to meet our customer at their office to keep good comunication with them. And he built our sales team.
Mr. Chen Jian has more than 20 years of production. He is the specialist of cast iron products.
Sales team:
We have 10 members in our sales team. They are very professional and energetic. Most of them work in the market for more than 5 years. Just tell us what you want and your requirement, we will offer you the right products in a short time.
R&D team:
Our R&D manager Mr. Li serves from the very beginning of farm- department. He knows all of the design progress of our products. With more than 10 years experience, he is now the export of livestock products. Under the leadership of him, 5 engineers give us a srong support on new product development. We can help our customer to develop both OEM and new design products.
QC Team:
We have both on line QCs and finishing QCs. From the material, rough parts, finished products and packing, we all have quality control. Although we have paid attention to the quality in the whole process, there may be problems unexpected at our customers. Once we are informed, we will check with our customer and discuss the solution until the problem is solved. We believe problem will not be problem if we face it in the right way.

In the year 1997, Mr. Chen Wei together with his younger brother Mr. Chen Jian started the business of cast iron products-Mainly table base.
From the year 2009, the company entered into the farm products market. We built business relationship with Albert Kerbl GmbH. In order to enlarge our business with KERBL, we start a new department—Farm department. and Mr. Chen Jian is the General manager. During the past 10 years, our farm business grows bigger and bigger. Now the farm department became one of the biggest departments in the company. From the year 2016, Tengjun entered into Chinese livestock market. With high quality products and specialized service, Tengjun won the trust of domestic customers quickly.

1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are manufacurer. We export our products through Win Balance company. The owner of Win Balance is the elder brother of our company. So, in a sense, we are family.
2. Where is your main market?
Our main market is Europe. We also have customers in The United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, etc... Our international business grows very fast these years. Besides, the Chinese market is also developed very well from last year. Our quality is considered as the No.1 in Chinese cast iron drinking bowl market.
3. What is your MOQ? And the lead time?
We are manufacturer. Usually, there will be some stock in our factory. So, there is no MOQ for us. If the stock is run out, the lead time is 30-40days. Though small order is OK for us, we don't suggest you to buy small qty because the freight cost is very high. We will give you a suggestion how many pieces is good to save the feright after received your inquiry.
4. What kinds of packing?
Usually, we pack one bowl in a carton, then put the cartons on pallets. Of course, we can also pack the good according to customer order.
5. What is your payment terms?
Now, most of our customers use T/T or L/C payment. 30% deposit and 70% against B/L date. It is negotiable if our customers want to use other payments.
6. What is your production capacity?
15000-20000pcs cast iron drinking bowls and 3000-5000pcs stainless steel water bowls monthly. Other hardware products is 2000-5000pcs, depends on different products.
7. Do you have after-sales warranty?
Yes, usually, there is one year warranty for our products. If there is quality problem, we will send the replacements in next orders or deduct the value in the payment. But for regular customers, the time will be extended to more than one years.
