R&D:
Design Center Lisheng Spring specializes in the manufacture, design and analysis all kinds of spring, such as wave springs(including of compression wave spring, wave single turn and nested spring), linear expander ,retaining rings(including of internal, external, single turn and more turns), constant force spring, power springs(including of general and prestressed types), spiral torsion spring, precision metal stampings, super precision springs, Disc spring (Belleville washers), extension springs, compression springs, torsion springs.
Our experienced engineers will design, analysis and match for the most demanding of applications and use special precision machine to support our production.
While we design all kind of springs, our designer will consider fatigue cycling.We use the spring theoretical analysis soft to design, it is can be predicting the spring fatigue cycling roughly. When springs cycle life is critical or when calculations show little margin over the cycle requirement, we will recommend going on life test as spring.
The ideal situation is to test the life cycling in the actual assembly .When it isunable to realize, Lisheng spring can offer the high-frequency cycle test machine to test and the test machine can be adjusted to actual situation.

History:
1993
Lisheng Spring Co., Ltd is established in Zhejiang Province.
1994
The company built its 3,600 m² factory on 13,500 m² land .
The new and more advance machinery and equipments purchase add our
equipment and machnery up to 217 sets from 41 and auxiliary production
equipments tallied to 183.
1996
Lisheng is the first spring factory in Wenzhou that obtained ISO9002 certification.
2002
The company established the hardware stamped product to coordinated customers’
requirements to develop related business.
2003
On the second phase, a new factory was initiated and the total area of the factory
increased to 8,800 m²; in the same year, the automatic lathe department was
established to develop the lathe assembly parts business.
2004
ISO9001: 2000 certification was passed. In the same year, it was noticed that
RoHS directive had entered into force and the control of hazardous substances
had tighten up all over the world. The company decided to set up its own
electroplating workshop to ensure product quality.
2005
The ISO/TS16949:2002 certification was passed.
2006
The ISO14001:2004 certification was passed.
2008
On the third stage, our company established 5,000 m² manufacturing plant,
increased a great number of die processing and stamping production equipments
and actively expanded the stamping hardware department.
2009
The QC080000 certification was passed.
2009

Service:
With over 20 years experience, we can manufacture variety of springs including tension spring, compression spring, torsion spring, antenna spring and battery spring and wire forming spring and more. In order to expand the operation scope, the company added stamping equipment in 2002 for the manufacture of such stamping hardware parts as various terminal contact pieces, spring pieces, connecting supports and other functional metal parts. In 2004, the company further added automatic lathe equipment for the manufacture of such automatic lathe parts as various hardware, fasteners, bushings and connecting rods and other turning parts. At the same time, the company has expanded and developed multiple production equipment to improve production technology and product quality. As a result of the investment in equipments, various production lines can compensate for higher production capacity, more reliable and efficient product, faster turnaround, and reinforce each other so as to provide multiple services for our customers. The company is possessed of the development capacity of spring, stamping and lathe assembly parts so as to avoid unmatchedness caused due to different parts from different companies and quicken delivery time to satisfy customers with providing high quality products and excellence.
In addition to the production lines of spring parts, stamping parts and lathe parts, our company has further established electroplating production line.
