As the sludge layer thickens, the scraper mechanism transfers the sludge to the DAF sludge chamber. From there, the sludge is pumped into an external sludge storage tank and finally into a dewatering plant. They achieve better results at higher flow rates and pollutant loads than other conventional gravity separation systems. Our proprietary design produces an unmatched dissolved air solids ratio and clarifies contaminated water with unmatched performance.

Features:

1: Due to the high-efficiency solid-liquid separation, the colloidal substances and dead bacteria in the sewage can be efficiently removed, no sedimentation tank, no filter device, and no other solid-liquid separation device.
2: MBR can maintain a high concentration of biomass in the biological treatment device, thereby greatly increasing the volume load. At the same time, efficient membrane separation can shorten the HRT. The device has a compact structure and occupies a small space.
