Cryogenic treatment can effectively improve the mechanical properties and service life of steel materials, non-ferrous metals and composite materials, stabilize size, improve uniformity, reduce deformation, and be easy to operate, without damaging the workpiece, without pollution, and low cost. The metal material is cooled to -130℃～-196℃ to improve the mechanical properties and service life of the metal material. After the metal parts are quenched, the austenite cannot be completely transformed into martensite at room temperature. The retained austenite will slowly undergo martensite transformation during the use of the parts, and it will be accompanied by volume expansion. , It will cause the size of the part to change and affect the normal use of the part.
Low temperature treatment reduces the temperature of the quenched metal workpiece to a lower temperature range (-70℃～-80℃) relatively quickly to eliminate the retained austenite in the metal part, improve the dimensional stability of the part, and increase it at the same time A method for the mechanical properties of metals, widely used in the subsequent processing of bearings, shaft parts, precision matching parts, etc., is also a very effective method for shrinking parts.
