Product Description
Liquid Nitrogen Blast Freezer Shock Freezer Malaysia Durian Batch is composed of three parts: food grade insulation stainless steel cabinet, specially designed cold air circulation system and liquid nitrogen injection system. The -196℃ liquid nitrogen is injected into the cold air circulation system to produce liquid nitrogen steam fog, the ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen steam fog is uniformly passed through the food carts and trays placed in the cabinet to rapidly freeze or cool the food.
The cabinet freezer uses liquid nitrogen (LIN) as the refrigerant, and the gas entering the quick freezer is adjusted by a calibrated solenoid valve to ensure that the cooling capacity is efficiently used.
