Product description
DJL Liquid Nitrogen Blast Freezer For Vegetables/Lotus Freezing Food is a cabinet type liquid nitrogen freezing and cooling equipment, specially designed for batch freezing, or small and medium scale freezing needs. Liquid nitrogen is used as the refrigerant. Nitrogen (n2) is an inert reaction-inhibiting gas, which is produced in liquid form by low-temperature air separation. Nitrogen is the main component of air, accounting for 78% of the air volume. The juice loss rate loss of the conventional systems is as high as 5%, while the juice loss rate of low-temperature freezing is less than 1%. Products that have been cryogenically frozen look attractive and appetizing after thawing.

DJL Reply: There will be differences according to the different thickness and the packaging and different freezing temperature of product, when extreme temperature is used, DJL liquid nitrogen fast freezing speed can freeze naked frozen food with a thickness of 5CM in 3 minutes at the fastest., However, it is more common to freeze naked-food which up to 10CM thick within 10-30 minutes, usually used temperature between -80℃ to -120℃, extreme use of liquid nitrogen immersion, the temperature can reach -196℃.
2. Do I need to go through any special procedures for refrigerant of DJL liquid nitrogen freezer?
DJL Reply: When liquid nitrogen storage tank is used, it shall be submitted for approval for filing, which can be generally handled by the liquid nitrogen supplier.
