Hanger Bolt, also called Double Head Threaded Screw or Double-headed wooden screws, which with partial wood threading at one end and partial machine/nut threading at the other end. Normal Material of hanger bolt for PV system use is Stainless steel, with 3 flange nut and 1 rubber ring.
Hanger bolts are often used for color steel tiles with wooden beams at the bottom, but sometimes they are also used for color steel tiles with steel beams at the bottom. When used with the steel beam, it is generally used to drill a small positioning hole on the roof firstly, and then install the hanger bolt, avoid to wear the screw tip position.
When you need panels to be at a certain height from the rooftop, you can consider using a hanger bolt. In most Southeast Asian countries, because of the high temperature outside, in order to achieve better heat dissipation of the roof, customers will choose to use hanger bolt instead of self-tapping nails.
Most clamps are made from high-tensile aluminum. All fasteners and mating hardware are A2-70 stainless steel.
