A: Yes, We offer sample. Standard battery or customized battery can be provided. Once the mass production order is placed, the sample charges will be deducted.
Q2: Can you accept OEM and ODM service?
A: Yes, we supply OEM&ODM Service as client's requirement.
Q3: Can you produce a lithium battery pack according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawing. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q4: How do you control your lithium battery product quality?
A: All batteries have 10 steps testing during the whole production, and 100% be tested before delivery.
Q5: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our lithium battery in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q6: What is your trade terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP.
Q7: How about your battery delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and your order quantity.
Q8: How long will it take for my battery to arrive?
A: Delivery will be made by courier, usually within 10-13 business days to US and EU countries. Some remote areas may take longer. Delivery time may vary for different countries and can take up to 3 weeks. Sea shipping is available.

A: Generally speaking, It’s 12 months warranty, for quality problems, we will send you a new one.
Q10: What should you pay attention to when using lithium batteries?
A: Do not knock, puncture, modify the lithium battery, do not place it directly under sun or rain for long time, do not over-charge and over-discharge the battery pack, charge the lithium battery with a good quality, matching lithium battery charger.
