This CBD oil filling machine is designed for filling 10-100mL glass or plastic bottle sprays, performing tasks such as capping and sealing the pump head. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The CBD oil filling machine can be easily adjusted for a wide range of bottle sizes, ensuring accurate positioning. It features characteristics such as no filling without bottles, no capping without bottles, simple operation, and stable performance. The CBD oil filling machine employs 316L stainless steel piston pumps or peristaltic pumps for filling, with siphon nozzles to prevent dripping. It offers high filling accuracy, convenient adjustment, easy assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization. The use of constant torque and automatic slipping devices ensures that bottles are not turned during operations, preventing damage to bottle caps, thus meeting GMP specifications.
