A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
1. We will reply to the lead time within 24 hours after receiving the customer's confirmation of each order.
2. Take photos of the goods during production and send them to customers.
3. Take pictures of goods after packaging and labeling and send them to customers.
4. Take photos of goods loading before shipment, and arrange the customs clearance information of goods and send them to the customers.
5. We will track the logistics information and update it to the customer at any time if the goods are delivered by express.
6. We will remind the customer to prepare the customs clearance documents for the goods before they arrive at the port.
