In concrete wall applications, concrete nails or power fasteners are used to install the erected vertically to the wall. The bifurcated channel is a hat-shaped corrosion-resistant frame component. Then screw the gypsum board to the burr channel. In ceiling applications, metal support channel clips or cable ties can be used to directly connect the support channel to the 1-1/2" cold rolled channel. Screws or electric fasteners can be used to connect the support channel directly to the building. Specifications The size of the fork can provide a larger span and the carrying capacity of the scale, the outer specifications usually use 18 or 16 caliber fork.
installation
In concrete wall applications:
The bifurcated channel is installed vertically on the wall using concrete nails or electric fasteners. Then screw the gypsum board to the burr channel.
In ceiling applications:
The support channel can be directly connected to the t1-1/2" cold-rolled channel using metal support channel clamps or tie wires. Screws or power-driven fasteners can be used to directly connect the support channel to the building structure.
The heavier bifurcation burr can achieve a larger span and greater carrying capacity. 18 or 16 gauge burrs are usually used for purlins in external applications.
