Product Classification

1.Double-rope double-lobe grab

The double-rope grab is suitable for all kinds of cranes with double lifting mechanisms, and is used in ports, wharfs, construction roads and bridges and other industries.
The grab-adapted crane is equipped with two sets of reels, each set of reels leads to a steel wire rope, one of which is tied to the grab rope ring for support. The other is used for opening and closing, and the pulley block formed by the guide rope pulley, the upper bolster pulley, and the lower bolster pulley plays the role of opening and closing of the grab.

2.Four-rope double-lobe grab

The four-rope double-lobe grab is mainly used in conjunction with bridge cranes and gantry cranes to grab various loose accumulations for loading, unloading, transshipment, and feeding operations. The four-rope multi-lobe grab is suitable for efficient loading and unloading of scrap iron and steel bulk materials and garbage in various harsh environments, and is widely used in ports, railways, metallurgy, mining, construction and other industries. The jaws of the grab bucket can be closed according to the shape and size of the material, which is beneficial to the grabbing of large materials. 3.Electric motor grab

The electric motor grab is often used on various types of multi-purpose cranes. It has an opening and closing mechanism, which can load and unload materials at any height. The production efficiency is higher than that of the single rope grab, it is convenient to use and disassemble, and the loading and unloading efficiency is high. When using this grab bucket, add a cable reel for energy delivery according to the lifting height. Because the motor grab is no longer subject to the upward pull of the closed wire rope like the four-rope grab when it is closed, the self-weight of the grab is used for excavation operations, so the bridge has a large force and is suitable for grabbing ore and other materials. This type of grab cannot be used for underwater operations.

4.Electro-hydraulic grab

The electro-hydraulic grab is divided into electro-hydraulic multi-lobe grab (ZY62M type) and electro-hydraulic double-lobe grab (ZY22M type), which are mainly used in the waste incineration industry. The electro-hydraulic grab relies on the electro-hydraulic system carried by the grab itself to complete the opening and closing action of the grab.
