50t Double Girder Bridge Crane QD Type Overhead Crane Machine For Steel Work 

Double Girder Overhead Crane is generally composed of three major parts: mechanical, electrical and metal structure. The appearance of the bridge crane is a single-span flat bridge with two parallel overhead rails supported at both ends. Double beam overhead crane is widely used in indoor and outdoor industrial and mining enterprises, iron and steel chemical industry, railway transportation, port terminals and logistics turnover and other departments and places. It is divided into different types, such as QD model, QZ model, YZ model, QC model and so on.
 
QD model overhead crane with hook is mainly used in inside workshops. It is divided into two working classes: A5 and A6 according to utilization grade and load-up condition. The entrance of cabin has three ways from side entrance, end entrance and top entrance and the cabin can be fixed on the left or right side. The crane power supply can adopt safety bus bar or angle steel that can be fixed on the same or opposite side with the cabin. All of the work operation can be finished in the cabin, if required, can add remote controller.
 
QZ model overhead crane with grab is widely used in loading goods in port, factory, workshop ade power plant. The work classification is heavy and the group classification of crane is A6. The direction of platform door to the drivers cap: side, end and top. The lifting capacity includes the weight of the grab. There are two types of grab opening directions: parallel and vertical to the main beam. The pick-up device is a four-rope grab bucket with two drums, which has a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can be opened and closed at any height. Moreover, the grab is only suitable for bulk materials in a natural accumulation state. When grabbing underwater materials or special materials, the grab needs to be customized. The crane can be used indoors or outdoors, and a rain cover device is added for outdoor use.
 
YZ model casting crane is the main equipment of steelmaking and continuous casting process. It is mainly used for lifting and transportation of liquid steel ladle. Overall structure can be divided into: double girder double-track, four beams and four-track, four-beam rail and other types. The first two are generally used for large tonnage crane, and the third is generally used for large tonnage of foundry crane. 
 
QC model crane with magnet cap: There are three kinds of method for entering the platform of cab from the side, from the end and from the top. The cab can be either fixed at the left end or at the right end. The lifting capacity includes the dead weight of electromagnectic disk. The crane total weight not includes the dead weight of electromagnetic disk and its auxiliary facilities.
