AL series detachable autoloaders are suitable for long distance delivery of raw material, the main controllers and material hopper receivers are designed separately for safety & convenient purpose which can match 2 hopper receivers or above for achieving one to multi combination conveying. It enhances material conveying capacities greatly 800kg/hr. The maximum loading distance is 10m. AL700G/800G is suitable for the combination of one-to-one machine combination. 900G is suitable for the combination of one to two machines and other multi-change mode, all models are suitable for conveying materials over long distance and easy operations which are satisfied with customer's various requirements.

• AL-800G & 900G using induction type high pressure motor, low noise, long life. 
• AL-900G adopts one machine to two machine conveying material to save equipment configration and space;vacuum hopper receiver and electronic sensor hopper receiver can be selected according to actual use. 
• AL-900G is suitable for drying and feeding two machines (feeding integrated system), simplify the structure system, improve the use efficiency, easy to operate.

• Raw material level induction using magnetic spring level switch to match self-weight stainless steel blanking damper, large raw material glass window need not be adjusted with different materials. 
• Raw material level induction using photoelectric sensor, vacuum hopper receiver can be installed directly on the injection molding machine hopper; photoelectric sensor hopper receiver can be installed directly at the feeding port of injection molding machines.
