We use dry ice cleaner as special cleaning equipment for plactic injection molds.

It is suitable for cleaning precision molds, precision parts, precision instruments, product burrs, semiconductor circuit boards, integrated circuit boards, and other products. Online cleaning can be realized with robotic automation solution.

What is dry ice?

- Dry ice is solid carbon dioxide, obtained by condensing carbon dioxide into a colorless liquid at a pressure of 6250.5 kPa, and then rapidly solidifying at low pressure. Dry ice low temperature -78.5°

Working principle:

Dry ice cleaning is to spray dry ice (solid CO2) onto the surface of the workpiece at supersonic speed, and the dry ice sublimates instantly, producing an impact micro-explosion effect, the stains are contracted by cold, and the strong air wave peels off the stains from the surface of the workpiece to achieve cleaning.
