1. FEATURES

1.2 Underground lifting platform is mainly used for the explosive loading operations and pipe line maintenance , it has the advantages of flexible transition and simple maintenance, the work can be carried out after arriving at the working site.

1.3 Adopting articulated frame, full hydraulic steering, four wheel drive,Ensuring the adaptability and passing ability of equipment for underground operations ; The working arm adopts two-stage telescopic design, By setting the opening pressure of the two-stage oil cylinder to realize the sequential extension and lifting of the working arm. Through electric and hydraulic closing systems , it can achieve the bidirectional control of the suspended basket .

1.4 Equipped with hydraulic support legs, it can be controlled separately,making it easy to adjust the vehicle’s level on the ground for different working conditions .Interlocking between the operation of the transmission system and the working system can prevent operation error and prevent safety accidents.

SAUER hydraulic system is international famous brand , low failure rate and perfect matching , it can effectively ensure the service life of the entire vehicle and axle, reducing the maintenance costs, improving the working efficiency.

1.6 Through technological innovation, achieving a direct connection between gear pumps and variable pumps, it is the first time in China. This structure eliminates the previous method of using belt side pulling to drive the gear pump, Side pulling of the belt brings a lateral tension to the engine , which can easily cause early wear and fracture of the engine foundation. In addition , the belt pulley needs regular maintenance and oil injection , Once the maintenance is not in place, the belt pulley bearings will be damaged and it will directly leading to a damage to the gear pump .

Adopting this structure, it canceled the belt pulley and reduced maintenance tasks , it also avoids faults caused by frequent belt looseness, The power output has also been improved . Practice has proved that the service time of gear pump has also been greatly improved .

1.7 The frame of the entire vehicle is made of JIGANG Q355B low alloy steel as the main material, The yield limit of this material is around 355Mpa, it can withstand various loads from inside and outside of the vehicle. The structural components of the entire vehicle are strictly welded according to the standard welding process after being programmed and cut by the cutting machine ,Then entering the tempering furnace for 24 hours tempering treatment at 600 centigrade to eliminate internal stress. Afterwards, Shot blasting treatment is carried out to remove oxide skin, and finally welding . polishing and spraying operations are carried out.

1.8 Adopting TAIWAN YOULI proportional pilot valve control working system, accurate control of each actions,greatly improving smoothness of movement, through flow anti saturation control, provide an efficient and smooth composite action experience ,it will be more lightweight and flexible

in use ,The operating handle integrates the operating unit for all movements of the entire machine , making it more easier for operators to control.

1.9 The drive axle adopts DR-1LH/DR-1LQ model,The main components such as the axle housing,differential,planetary gears and half shaft have been optimized and reinforced with materials,Compared with other company’s lightness axle, Our axle is more sturdy and durable, with high impact resistance , and failure rate down a lot .The drive axle adopts normally enclosed wet-type drive axle ,Through spring brake,hydraulic release,The reliability and security are highly improved , it is more suitable for the complex underground conditions .

1.10 The entire lubrication points adopt a centralized lubrication layout,We have fully considered the issues of difficulty in applying butter to the equipment underground,time -consuming maintenance and easy omission of oil injection points, it greatly reduces the burden and time of vehicle maintenance.
