General information of 3D channel letters
Channel letters are made of metal as well as plastic(acrylic and polycabonate). Metals are usually stainless steel, galvanized sheet metal, and aluminum, which do not rust. We have a very big flexibility of sign sizes.
The lighted side of each letter is primarily made of acrylic or polycabonate panels unless you choose the open side style. Our 3D Channel Letters are illuminated using LEDs. Older channel letter signs use neon tubes that contain mercury and are not safe for the environment, we are using acrylic neon which can achieve exact same effect as traditional neon tube.
LEDs are efficient compared to neon, and they also contain zero harmful substances. LEDs allow our signs to be visible during the day and eye-catch at night.
The surface of the channel letters can be any color, include black,pink etc. In addition to letters, we can build custom shapes to merge existing business logos and designs. This allows each logo to be 100% unique to the business.
There are several options for mounting the channel letter logo. First, the sign can be mounted on a metal plate to allow more space away from the exterior wall. Secondly, each letter can be mounted individually on the wall. Finally, the channel letters can also be mounted on the wall via raceways. You don't need to drill holes on the wall for each letters by installing on the raceways.
In some cases, business owners utilize LED module lighting to accent and modify the existing channel letter sign. This gives the logo a more unique look and completed the design from the ground up.
