Q1: What is the warranty for the NSF UFO high bay light?
RE: 5 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What’s the payment methods you can accept ? RE: We can accept multi payment routes in order to be more flexible and convenient for our customers all over the world,Western Union,Paypal,T/T,L/C.But generally the standard payment method is T/T for bulk orders,30% T/T in advance,balance 70% before shipment The bank information is written in the PI.
Q3: What is CRI?
RE: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors.Higher CRI with higher cost.For LED tubes,the CRI is mostly >80Ra,and 90Ra with higher cost.
Q4: Can I only buy the housing separately?
RE:Sorry. We only supply the whole luminaire fixture.
Q5:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
