SPECIFICATION

A factory or warehouse lighting solution

1.The solution of Lighting standard (illuminance value) should follow up the national building lighting design standard.

It must be sure 100% or maybe more  to meet various requirements of lighting standards of factories.

b) It must uses the lights with proper CCT and CRI;
c) It should reachs the specified uniformity of illuminance;
d) It must meets the quality requirement of glare limited.

The lighting fixtures what're chose, it should mostly be with a perfect luminous fux and efficacy, a good appearance, easy to install, a long life span for free maintenance etc.

***3-D heat dissipation Housing
Professional heat dissipation structure design. Modular heatsink with perfect structure and inside airflow channels maximing the 3D heat dissipation.

***Compressed Fins Technology
Creative compressed Fins tech. rivets the heatpipe to heatsink closely, minimizing the heat resistnace, greatly improving the cooling. It is also much lighter.

***Patented HDT technology
Highly efficient heatpipes contact the heat heat source firmly, maximing the performance of heatpipe and cooling effect.

***Light Engine
Composed of 4 main components: Heat Sink / LEDs engine / Optical System / Driver. Electrical components are RoHS compliant. IP54 sealed light engines.

LEDs tested by ISO 17025-2005 accredited lab in accordance with IESNA LM-80 guidelines extrapolations in accordance with IESNA TM-21. Metal core board ensures greater heat transfer and longer lifespan.

***LEDs
Composed of high performance white LEDs. Color temperature as per ANSI/NEMA bin Neutral White, 4000 Kelvin nominal (3000 +/-500K or 5500K to 6500K), CRI 75 Min.

***Heat Sink
Anodized 6063-T5 Aluminum & copper pipe for a high resistance to corrosion, designed to ensure high efficacy and superior cooling by natural vertical convection.

Air flow pattern always close to LEDs and driver optimizing their efficiency and life. Product does not use any cooling device with moving parts (only passive cooling).

***Optical System beam angle reflectors
Flake designed high-purity aluminum reflectors 45°,90°,120°with PC cover option to meet professional light distribution, to adapt to different situations.

The reflector is made of pure aluminium(99.8%) which is anti-oxidation and unfading in colour, ensuring the reflection..

***Driver
With Meanwell or Philips driver,high power factor of 90-95% min. Electronic driver, operating range 50/60 Hz.

Auto adjusting universal voltage input from 85 to 277 VAC or 220 to 240 VAC rated for both application line to line or line to neutral, ClassI,

THD of 20% max. 0-10V dimming driver included, dimming leads pre-wired to controls except when DD option is selected.

The current supplying the LEDs will be reduced by the driver if the driver experiences internal overheating as a protection to the LEDs and the electrical components.

Output is protected from short circuits, voltage overload and current overload. Automatic recovery after correction. Standard built in driver surge protection of 2.5kV (min).
