A: Yes, sample order is accepted for testing purpose.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Normally, samples need 1 week for preparation considering clients' different request on specifications.
The lead time for mass production is 1-2weeks upon the order conformation.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?
A: Yes, we have different policy on different product series.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually door to door services by courier company as DHL,UPS,FEDEX and TNT, which cost 3-5days to arrive generally.
Also, we have other shipping methods avaiable as per clients' request such like shipment by air or by sea.

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate would be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new replacement with your new orders.
For defective batch products, we will repare them and send back to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call policy by real situation.
