3030 injection led module feature :
1. This kind of led module we use double side pcb which means the led module will have better electrical conductivity and no voltage drop. We use better injection technique to integrate the case and lens of the led module so that the waterproof rate is IP68.
2. This kind of 6617 led module is our super high light led module. it is 1.5w and 40-50 lm.
3. It performs excellently in light box and lighting up letters.
4. This is non-waterproof led module before sealing glue. The color can be customized as red, blue, green, all kinds of white color and so on.
5. 100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 12 hours to test its quality reliability, Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well. Each lamp should pass all these about 5 QC procedures before shipping to customer.
