Material Description

(1) Frame structure: Hard pressed extruded aluminium 6061 /T6(15HW) which can last 15 to 25 years.
(2) Fabric cover: High quality double PVC-coated polyester textile, 100% waterproof, flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2, CFM, UV
resistant, tear resistant, self-cleaning ability, etc.
(3) Connector: Strong hot-DIP galvanized steel

Structural system

The main material is aluminum alloy profile GB6061-T6 / AL6082-T6. The support between the columns is reinforced with diagonal steel tubes. The length distance between the columns can be divided into 5 meters or 3 meters indefinitely.
The overall structure has passed the wind test of a professional institution. The maximum allowable wind speed is DIN EN 13782: 102 km / h (0.50kN / m).

Roofing system

The roof is made of excellent double-sided PVC coated synthetic fiber cloth material.
The tarpaulin has strong anti-corrosion, anti-mildew, anti-ultraviolet and flame retardant properties, and the flame retardancy is in accordance with DIN 4102 B1, M2; BS7837 / 5438; American NFPA70, etc. have reached international standards. The longest service life of tarpaulin is 10 years

Base System

The tents have no special requirements for the construction site, and generally flat grounds such as sand, grass, asphalt, cement and tile floors can be safely used.
It is suitable for rapid installation or disassembly in different environments. It has good flexibility and safety. It can be widely used in outdoor activities, commercial exhibitions, festivals, catering and entertainment, industrial storage, sports venues and so on.
