With a variety of wheel materials offered, Access Casters can fit your needs. We have polyurethane, soft rubber, and thermoplastic elastomer. Our medium duty casters have load capacities up to 1200 lbs with 4", 5", 6", and 8" diameter wheels. We have polyurethane, phenolic, polyurethane on cast iron, and TPR wheel materials. All of our plate casters are rigid, swivels and swivel with brakes.
Looking for a heavy duty caster? Our online inventory has capacities up to 3000 lbs. These casters are made out of drop forged steel which is stronger than cast iron. The larger top plate provides stability and strength. The finish iscorrosion resistant zinc plated. Having double welded legs, these casters resist bending. Using work-hardened and rolled-in processing, the double deep-grooved load and component thrust swivel raceways provide full swiveling operation under the maximum load without loss of function.
Many of our heavy duty casters use a face contact brake, which is one of the highest quality brakes used in the industry. The brakes are welded on to the frame of the casters which provides you security and comfort that your wheel will not move.
