The trackless transport platform is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the trackless transport platform cart and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The trackless transport platform is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
The trackless transport platform is composed of motor, reducer, electric appliance and wheels. Due to more parts, compared with other carts, it has large size. But it travels flexibly.
The driving wheel and load wheel of trackless platform car is high strength PU wheel. It is wear-resistance, and has low maintain cost.
The functions of the trackless transport platform including 360 degree turning, go forward and backward, turn left and right, adjust speed button, indicator light, electric indicator light and other control buttons.
The motor adopts DC traction motor, the protection grade: IP44. Compact structure, large overload capacity, long service life. Excellent load performance, good low-speed performance, big starting torque, small starting current. It is suitable for frequent start and saves electricity. The motor runs with high efficiency in the range of all speeds. The motor adopts imported high-speed bearing retaining oil, and it is of free maintenance, high reliability and long service life.
This kind of trackless transport platform is commonly applied in factory or warehouse to transfer heavy materials, such as steel workpiecs, machine parts etc.
