KPX Series Pipe Industry Aluminum Die Transport Copper Coil Steerable Vehicle Load Transfer Trolley is battery powered. The batteries are installed in the steerable vehicle. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the electric steerable transfer vehicle, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.. The batteries need maintenance once a regular time. The lifetime of the batteries is about 3 - 5 years. The using time after once charge is limited.
Electric Power Control System:It is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of copper coil steerable vehicle and ensure its safety.
Driven Control System:It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the electric transfer vehicle to slide on the track.
Cart Frame:The frame material is steel structure, the outer surface is 50MM thick high strength steel plate, and the frame is welded.
Others:It include wheel frame, shaft coupling, transmission worm gear, pressure testing tool, or alarm lamp, stop device, explosion-proof device, hydraulic lifting platform device, etc.
