Working Principle of motorized trackless transfer carriage
The motorized trackless transfer carriage is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the trackless transfer carriage and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The trackless battery material transport platform is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
Desciption of motorized trackless transfer carriage
The whole trackless transfer carriage is composed of motor, reducer, electric appliance and wheels. Due to more parts, compared with other carriages, it has large size. But it travels flexibly.
The driving wheel and load wheel of trackless transfer carriage is high strength PU wheel. It is wear-resistance, and has low maintain cost.
The functions of the trackless transfer carriage including 360 degree turning, go forward and backward, turn left and right, adjust speed button, indicator light, electric indicator light and other control buttons.
