The Custom Multi-directional Battery Transfer Trackless Rail Flat Cart On Rubber Wheel consist of steel structure bearing frame, driving device, DC motor, storage battery, intelligent charger, fixed wheels, gear train, steering gear, running gear, electric control box and so on. trackless rail flat cart is a kind of trackless motorized material transfer cart.
It is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the transfer cart and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The transfer cart is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller. It can turn around on the cement and concrete floor.
Flat decks or fixtures customized for specific loads.
Custom deck configurations including built-in scales and lift/tilt/rotate capabilities.
Track or trackless, non-guided steering. Alternative drive and steering systems including gear reducer axle drives and individually-controlled drive wheels.
Fixed or variable speeds with forward/reverse function.
