The die electric transfer vehicle is an electric material handling rail car that is powered by a battery and driven by a motor. The electric power is an important energy source that is environmentally friendly, clean, and has a high conversion rate. The electric power is used to drive the vehicle. The die electric transfer vehicle is powered by storage battery. The battery is installed in the mold transport flat rail car and we also equip intelligent charger for it. The transfer vehicle is controlled to go forward, backward, turn left, turn right, adjust speed through PLC and speed controller.
1. Can Running on The Curved Rail: The turning mode of the electric transfer vehicle adopts a mechanical type, and the turning of the flat rail car is controlled by the gap of speed.
2. Remote Operation, Safe and Reliable: The transfer vehicle adopts wireless remote control with a control distance of 400m to meet remote operation and high safety factor.
3. Higher Safety Load Factor: The electric transfer vehicle adopts the box girder structure and the safety factor of the vehicle can be reach to 1.5.
4. Long Service Lifetime: The battery adopts maintenance free powered, the table of vehicle is not easy deformation in 20 years.
