The industrial transfer trolley is powered by battery, driven by motor and gear reducer, the rubber wheel can run the common ground directly, which has no limited running distance, rubber wheel can reduce the damage of ground. 360° in-place turn for more narrow space operation, 360° no corner protection, dead man stop and so on to protect the safety. Touch screen, rocker...which make the design more humanization.
The battery is installed in the industrial transfer trolleys. The batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the AGV transfer trolley to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
1. 360 Degree Cornerless Turn
The turning mode of the battery industrial transfer trolley adopts a mechanical type, and the turning of the trolley is controlled by the gap of speed.
2. Remote Operation
The battery transfer trolley adopts wireless remote control with a control distance of 400m to meet remote operation and high safety factor.
3. Higher Safety Load Factor
The battery transfer trolley adopts the box girder structure. The wheel adopts the car processing, heat treatment, and the safety factor of the transfer trolley can be reach to 1.5.
4. Long Lifetime
The battery adopts maintenance free powered, the table of transfer trolley is not easy deformation in 20 years.

This series industrial transfer trolley can be widely applied in many fields, such as automobile, steel factory, heavy industry, light industry, machinery, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, engineering, aerospace, coal, nuclear energy, shipyard, water conservancy, etc.
1. Appearance of the battery industrial transfer trolley is atmospheric, beautiful, rust-proof and shelf life is 10 years, paint surface must be smooth and bright, paint film thickness uniform, no flow mark leakage and other defects.
2. Paint color and spray position requirements, according to customer's demands.
3. The transfer trolley requires smooth operation, flexible control, no obstruction, no slide, no oil leakage, no abnormal noise and so on.
4. All motor and mechanical parts shall not be exposed outside, and shielding protection measures shall be installed.
5. The roller rack has the function of frequency conversion and speed regulation. It has uniform speed, no tremor and no abnormal sound when it is turned over.
6. The chassis traveling track is flat ground track, and the wheelbase is designed according to the national standard of 1500mm.
7. When the transfer trolley is running, alarms should be equipped to alert pedestrians or vehicles, emergency stop switches should be equipped, and anti-collision rubber should be installed at both ends of the platform.
8. One charge can run continuously for no less than 6 hours.
9. Chassis charging position should be equipped with automatic coiling disc or toolbox. When the power supply is sufficient, it can be used for power receiving box or automatic coiling disc.
10. The equipment satisfies the maximum load-bearing capacity, and has sufficient power and no skidding.
