Introduction 

The trackless electric transfer vehicle is a steerable transfer vehicle driven by dual motors. It is battery powered, free from the shackles of wires, and runs unrestricted. Solid polyurethane wheels run directly on flat concrete surfaces and can steer 360 degrees. Optional lithium battery, maintenance-free battery, high temperature battery, explosion-proof battery, energy saving and environmental protection, can work continuously for 8 hours. The structure is simple, the use is convenient, it is suitable for a variety of working environments, and labor costs are saved.

Working Principle

The battery is installed in the steerable transfer carts. The batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the steerable transfer carts to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
