The 3 tons new transport tools handling motorized rail transfer cart needs to lay three tracks, with 36V three-phase AC power on the track, the carbon brush on the flat car takes power from the wheels to the control box of the motorized rail transfer cart, and the step-up transformer inside the control box boosts the 36V three-phase AC power to 380V three-phase AC power, and then supply power to the motor of the motorized rail transfer cart, through the motor to drive the reducer and the rotation of the wheels, to drive the motorized rail transfer cart to move forward, backward, and stop, and the movement and stop of the flat car are controlled by the operating system. The 36V AC power on the track is obtained by stepping down the 380V AC power supply through a step-down transformer.
