10 Tons Environmental Steel Pipe Handling Electric Transfer Cart

Introduction 

The KPX series are electric transfer carts powered by batteries. In addition to the characteristics of KPT and KPD series products, the main advantage is that the requirements for track laying are not high, and the electric transfer cart can run normally according to the ordinary steel rail laying method. It is especially suitable for the utilization of the old track, which can be used without modification, and is not limited by the running distance, and can also be adapted to the power supply mode of curved track operation.

Detail

1. Drive device
It consists of a motor and a reducer, and the motor is a YZ series hoisting metallurgical motor. The power of the motor can be selected according to the rated tonnage of the electric flatbed; the reducer adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is dedicated to the shaft-holding hard-toothed flatbed.
2. Electrical box
The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch overload protection and emergency power-off control components, which ensures the transmission performance, accuracy and reliability, and safe parking in emergency situations.
3. Frame
Refined cast steel, not easy to deform, elegant appearance and durable.
4. Warning light.
Light efficiency and energy saving, the light source adopts ultra-high brightness solid-state maintenance-free LED light source, which has high light efficiency, long life, energy saving and environmental protection.
5. Battery
Safe and stable power supply, simple maintenance, long service life.
