KPC series electric rail transfer cart is an electric transfer cart powered by safety sliding contact line. The 380V AC power supply is supplied to the rail transfer cart through the safety sliding wire, and through the sliding knife on the rail transfer cart, the 380V AC power is continuously introduced into the electrical control system from the safety sliding wire to supply power to the rail transfer cart, so as to realize the start, stop and forward of this series of carts,and back and forth and other actions. The safety sliding contact line can be installed in the middle of the rail or outside the rail, or it can be installed in the trench, on the top of the workshop. Other auxiliary devices such as positioning devices, clamping devices, lifting platforms, etc. can be installed on the rail transfer cart to meet different usage requirements and fully automated requirements. This series of rail transfer carts can be used in high temperature environment and high frequency occasions, and its running distance is not limited.
The working principle of the sliding line power motorized rail transfer cart is that the safe sliding wire is set in a channel ditched beside the rail, and also can be set on the ground along the wall. It contacts AC 380V sliding wire directly into the AC electrical control system of the transfer cart to let it start, stop, go forward and backward and so on. The cart gets power from the slider of the safe sliding line which is moved by the cart's running.
