Steel industry flatbed electric rail 50t transfer cart with wheels are powered by safe low-voltage rails, and the wheels of flat carts are insulated cast steel wheels to protect the workers. The purpose of using rails is to reduce the damage to the ground caused by flat carts during transportation. The deadweight of flat cart can be customized according to the requirements of customers, the deadweight of 1-500 tons. Low voltage track electric flat cart is suitable for high temperature occasions, if you need to turn in the process of operation, our technicians can also meet the requirements.

Requirements for track installation
(1) The resistance between the orbitals is not less than 10 ohms. Because the rail should be insulated. The bottom of the rail is supposed to be coated with asphalt, with a 5mm insulating rubber plate, and the two sides of the rail should be filled with asphalt sand.
(2) If it is a seam rail, the rail joint should be 5mm×45 degrees chamfering, so as not to collide with the lower edge of the electric friction block. Our company uses the track used for welding.
(3) The track construction requirements are high, must ensure that the track insulation, can be unobstructed power supply, forbid metal parts to touch two tracks at the same time.
