CTS 200V is mainly composed of operation control system and exposure unit.

The operating control system includes server, monitor, mouse and keyboard, Staff can start the exposure through the operation console after start-up.

Exposure unit is mainly composed of laser imaging system and high-precision motion platform, Computer to screen .
