Assessment items
A-level general product assessment items:
Process level
Check whether there are bad designs or components that are harmful to users during use.
Performance of rollers/handles
Set the load of the luggage in normal use, and examine the fatigue resistance of the rollers after long-term rolling, as well as the strength and durability of the handles/shoulder straps.

B-level high-quality product assessment items:
Static load test
Set the load to exceed the normal load-bearing capacity, and test the strength of the handles/shoulder straps in a static hanging state
Dynamic strength load test of handles
It can simulate the strength of the handles when the luggage is loaded. For example, when the luggage handles are repeatedly lifted and put down, the damage of the material and the poor design of the handle structure will be reflected.

C-type quality product assessment items:

Drop test

Normal load-bearing luggage samples fall freely at a certain height for a corresponding number of times to check for damage.

Extrusion test

Simulate the situation where luggage is squeezed during transportation or storage.

Durability test of the pull rod

Simulate the process of raising and lowering the pull rod to check the fatigue resistance of the pull rod mechanism.
