According to the United Nations Manual of Experiments and Standards for the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Part 3, Section 38.3 (UN38.3), products containing batteries need to comply with the technical requirements of UN38.3.

For products transported by sea or land, reports issued by laboratories with ILAC qualifications can be accepted. For products transported by air, the laboratory needs to be accredited by IATA and ICAO.

1. Merchants selling battery products to the EU market through the Alibaba International Station platform must submit a true and valid CE qualification certificate to the platform. The certificate must be associated with the corresponding product. Alibaba International Station reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the certificate with the issuing agency. and validity rights.

2. Other test reports or certificates (such as Reach, RoHs, UN38.3) are provided on a voluntary basis. If the platform needs it, merchants need to cooperate and provide relevant qualification certificates for sales to the EU at any time.

3. After obtaining the corresponding EU qualifications, merchants must comply with relevant EU laws, regulations and directives, and label in compliance, including but not limited to printing CE, product name, model and other compliance information on the packaging (if applicable).
