Custom must supply the following Specification,that we can quote immediately and exact.
1) Custom size of the backlight board;
2) Thickness of light guide panel;
3) Active Area size of the LED Backlight;
4) Luminance of the back lights;
5) LED light connector type like DIP LED, Pin,SMD or FPC;
6) Thickness of the back lighting plate;
7) A picture of the appearance,or drawing sketch of the led backlight
8) Color of the LED light,White,warm white,green,yellow,blue,RGB colors
9) Input Voltage and Connection Method
1) Before the order is confirmed, we would check all the materials, they should be the same as the mass production.
2) We will keep tracing of every process in the manufacturing from the begining to the end.
3) Every product quality checked & cleaned before packing.
4) Before bulk delivery, clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality.
5) After the delivery, we will keep tracing of the product quality and we will try our best to help the clients when the problems happen.
1. I want customize a new LED Backlight. Can you do?
Answer: Yes, we can. Please send your specification /drawing paper. If you have not, please kindly advise the outline size of the LED display, luminance, voltage, glass thickness if need backlight or PCB board with IC, We will evaluate the cost and give you price soon.
2. I want to ask the LED Backlight outline size is 250x30x1.5mm...…?
Answer: No problem. Firstly, pls send us your specification /drawing paper or samples,; we will introduce the suitable one if it is standard products.
Or we can modify based on your own drawing and requirement.
3. What is leading time for tooling?
Answer: Normally it will takes10 to 15 days after drawing paper confirmation and tooling payment, we can tell you the exact time when you confirm the drawing paper. We will provide 10-15pcs free samples for your approval after open tooling.
4. This LED Backlight is just what we want, but it is big size, do you have any smaller size? And the display content need to be changed a little.
Answer: For the LED Backlight type , if you need to modify the outline size which needs to open new tooling as customized one. we will analyze and share with you about the tooling specification/drawing. After you approve the specification/drawing ok , then we will start to open the tooling after your payment, After samples approved by you, then start the mass production.
5. This LCD Backlight is yellow-green, but I want blue backlight.
Answer: No problem, we can change the colors for you basic on your demand.
6. Can you send us samples for checking?
Answer: Yes,. Samples order is available if standard products or if we have stocks at hands.
If customize LED backlight, free samples (10-15pcs) can be offered you by free of charger.
7. What is the Leading Time?
Answer: If we have stock for the standard ones, the leading time is one day after payment. If it is the mass production for special ones, the leading time is about 15-30 days. If we can finish earlier, we will send you information in advanced.
