PU Lined Fire Hoses Double Jacket for Fire Fighting or Snow Making
Snowman is designed to meet the demands of snowmakers. This Snow Hose is a durable, high performance and compact product. Snowman is a polyester double jacket style hose with a Polyurethane (PU/TPU) lining that can also handle some chemicals and petroleum based products. It can be coated with Asoe's optional Polyurethane-based Durablux™ treatment for a higher level of heat and abrasion resistance. The two different grades of Snowman are provided to give snowmakers the opportunity to choose the right hose for their specific application needs.
Application: Suitable for military, industrial and municipal fire brigades, potable water transfer, snow-making etc.
Inner tube: Polyurethane lining
Jacket: Double jackets, circular woven polyester jacket, plain weave or twill weave, warp yarn is made of spun polyester yarn, strips available per request
Operating Temperature Range: -60° to 176°F (-50° to 80°C) based on water
Standard Color: White (no coating), yellow, red, other colors (coated with Durablux™) available per request.
Standard Length: 50ft, 100ft; other lengths available per request;
Couplings: Aluminum or Brass NH/NST couplings, Storz couplings for supply hoses
Standards: Meets and exceeds NFPA 1961, UL19, FM2111, ULC-S511-99 etc.
