Z5132B vertical drilling machine can be used for drilling, reaming, counterfacing, drilling countersunk head holes, tapping and other operations. This machine has high efficiency for mass parts production. The machine tool has good rigidity, high precision, low noise, wide speed change range, centralized operation, novel appearance, easy to use and maintain. Vertical drilling machine The drilling machine with the spindle vertically arranged and the center position fixed is referred to as vertical drilling. It is often used in mechanical manufacturing and repairing the holes for processing medium and small workpieces in factories. Before processing, the position of the workpiece on the workbench must be adjusted to align the center line of the machined hole with the axis of the tool. During processing, the workpiece is fixed, and the spindle rotates in the sleeve and makes axial feed with the sleeve. The worktable and headstock can be positioned along the column guide to accommodate workpieces of different heights.
